IMPAKT operates this public website. This page describes the personal information handled through the site and how to ask IMPAKT about it.

2. Information handled through the site

• Contact form: the name, email address, and message you choose to send.
• Decision Brief: the email address you submit to join the Resend audience.
• Consent choice: whether you allow optional analytics.
• Optional analytics: if you consent, PostHog may process interaction, browser, device, and page-use information generated while you use the site.

3. How the information is used

IMPAKT uses contact details to receive and respond to workload notes, newsletter email addresses to send the Private AI Decision Brief, and consented analytics to understand how the site is used and where it can be improved.

4. Service providers and editorial AI tools

Resend handles contact and Decision Brief email delivery. PostHog handles optional analytics after consent. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy practices.

AI-assisted publishing tools may send article material entered into those tools to OpenRouter and its selected model provider. The public contact and Decision Brief forms do not send their submissions through that editorial workflow.

5. Your choices

Optional analytics remains off unless you accept it. You can clear this site's cookies and local storage to reset the choice, or use your browser controls to restrict storage.
